Cheryl Peterson was named Employee of the Quarter by the City of Jerome.
Michal Grigsby, a former detective and patrol deputy for the Ketchum Division of the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, was promoted to patrol sergeant in the city of Ketchum.
The City of Moscow Pathways Commission and Latah Trail Foundation dedicated a purple ash tree and park bench as a memorial to honor Margaret Littlejohn, a longtime active and engaged citizen of Moscow and Latah County. Littlejohn’s tireless work as a member of the Pathways Commission and Latah Trail Foundation made the local pathway systems more pleasant, easier to utilize, and increasingly visible for all trail users. She also served with the League of Women Voters, the Moscow Tree Committee, Phillips Farm Advisory Committee and Board, and the Health and Environment Commission, and recently received the City of Moscow Mayor’s Service to Commissions Award.
Jason Faulkner, Finance Director for the City of Post Falls, received the Certified Public Funds Investment Manager from the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada. The Certified Public Funds Investment Manager, a nationally recognized accreditation, is awarded upon completion of a CPFIM course and test.
Dzevad Mustafic has joined the Twin Falls Police Department as a Police Officer.
Jared Sauer has joined the Twin Falls Fire Department. He gained valuable experience for his new position, as he previously worked for the Forest Service for eight years fighting wildland fires.
The Twin Falls Public Library has hired Wanda Harris as its new Business/ Personnel Manager, Shawn Winklepeck for building and maintenance duties, and Tatiana Del Val Mejia as an Adult Services Page.
Beth Swenson, Bookmobile and Outreach Librarian, is leaving the Twin Falls Public Library to work for the Idaho Falls Public Library.
