As part of its 75th Year Celebration, the Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU) donated $1,000 to 75 different nonprofit organizations across the state, including the Jerome Fire Department. The Fire Department will use the funds towards the purchase of rescue equipment that serves the City, the Western 1/3 of Jerome County and any other other emergency response agency that reque4sts help.
Work is now underway on the first Master Plan in the City of McCall for all kinds of transportation, including streets, sidewalks, pathways, and transit.
The City of Post Falls has been awarded a Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for the City Budget Book. The award is given for meeting GFOA’s high reporting standards and demonstrating a constructive “spirit of full disclosure” to clearly communicate the City’s financial story to its citizens. The Budget Book presents the City’s adopted annual budget, listing priorities, goals, and challenges.
