The purpose of the Idaho City/County Management Association’s (IdCMA), an affiliate of ICMA, is to increase the proficiency and effectiveness of Managers and Administrators of local government within the State of Idaho; to strengthen the quality of local government through professional management; to encourage and support the precepts of the Council/Manager plan; to maintain the high ethical standards of the profession of City/County Management; and provide opportunities to enhance the professional development of its members. 


In conjunction with the AIC City Officials’ Day at the Capitol, the annual Idaho City Management Association Winter Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 23rd and Wednesday, January the 24th, in Boise, Idaho.


On Tuesday, January 23rd we’ll hold our business meeting at Beside Bardenay from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. with the IdCMA dinner to follow.  On Wednesday, January 24th we’ll host our annual conference from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at The Grove Hotel.




This conference is a great resource for City staff including City Managers, Administrators, Supervisors and Department Heads and attendance on both days is suggested.  For more information please contact Jen Pfiffner at
