Annual Road & Street Financial Report Deadline is Fast Approaching!

Make sure to remember that the deadline for submitting your city’s Annual Road and Street Financial Report is Tuesday, December 31, 2019.  Below are some basic instructions and you can find more information at the LHTAC Annual Road & Street Financial Report webpage.  Don’t forget to publish the report as a legal notice in your city’s official newspaper between January 1-15—you only need to publish the lines on which the city reports information, the blank report lines don’t have to be published.  Merry Christmas!  Justin Ruen, AIC

We show that only half of our locals have submitted their reports thus far.

Tips on completing report online:

  • Complete the report first (Excel Form), then fill out the online form
  • You cannot save the form
  • Print a copy of the summary
  • No hard copy needs to be mailed

HB312 Project Photos

LHTAC is working on the HB312 Report that is due to the Legislature January 6th.
As you are aware, Page 3 of the Annual Road & Street Finance Report is where locals report how those HB312 funds were spent.

Do you have pictures of any of the projects where you reported using the funds?

If so, email them to so they maybe included in our report.
