At this event, you will have the opportunity to participate in the Virtual Municipal Marketplace where conference attendees go to learn about products and services that will help them to carry out city business, with energy efficiency needs and where suppliers have one-on-one contact with decision makers: Mayors, Council Members, Public Works Officials, Police Chiefs, Fire Chiefs, City Clerks and Treasurers, City Attorneys, Parks and Recreation Directors, and more!

Whova App: 

The platform for the AIC Annual Conference is "Whova".  The app can be downloaded on any phone and/or desktop. 

Exhibitor Passport/Door Prizes:
To encourage traffic in the exhibit area and for exhibit "virtual booth" viewing, AIC will be offering gift card drawings for attendees who search through the exhibit hall looking for "hidden" words.  The name of a city in Idaho will be hidden somewhere in your organization's description.  Attendees will need to collect those words and submit them from each exhibitor.  The drawings for the Exhibitor Passports will take place daily.  Raffles may also be given from any private exhibitor.  There is a promotional option on your app to include a raffle or coupon.  You will receive a link by May 1st so that you can become familiar with your "booth" and make any revisions to your profile.

Tentative Exhibitor Schedule:  
June 10-11, 2020
We are currently planning on the conference running from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm with our awards banquet in the late afternoon on June 11th.  Your booth will also be available on the platform on Friday, June 12th.  It is ultimately up to you when you want to "man" your booth, however, we encourage you to participate live during these hours as attendees can use the chat feature to speak with you.  They are also options for attendees to leave you a private In-app message and for you to have "virtual Meet-Ups".


Exhibitor Bonus: Conference attendees will be able to access conference information for up to one year after the event.  Your sponsorship banners and/or booth information will remain on the website as well with your product/service and contact information!

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for conference exhibitor registration must be received no later than Wednesday, May 27th by 5:00 p.m. Cancellations made after Tuesday, May 27th will incur a charge of 50% of the exhibitor fee. Cancellations after June 4, 2020 will not be issued refunds.

We do understand that emergencies happen.  For cancellations, please call Dara VonLossberg at (208) 344-8594.  No refunds will be given for early departure from the conference.
