AIC Highlights Noteworthy People

Check out noteworthy things being done and honors received by people in Idaho cities around the state.


The Blackfoot City Council approved the appointment of Lia Tornabene as the new ADA and Fair Housing Coordinator.


The Garden City Council appointed Beverly Calloway and Brett Labrie to the Garden City Design Review Committee.


Richard K. Allen was appointed as the Garden City Chief of Police by the City Council.


Russ Heller, Sue Thomas, and Kate Souza were appointed to the Garden City Library Board of Trustees by the City Council.


Ketchum Assistant Fire Chief Robbie Englehart is retiring after more than 35 years as a firefighter.


The City of Meridian held its annual Neighborhood Star Awards, which recognizes residents who go above and beyond every day to ensure the quality of life and safety of everyone in their neighborhoods and the community. This year’s Neighborhood Star recipients were Diane Wilton, Becky Freeland, Liz Boone, Celeste Smith, Ronnie Massey, Lee and Hooty Holmes, David Crandall, Bob Olmo, Mark Maxfield, Capital Educators Credit Union, and Barbara Rhode.


Jacob Donnerberg has been appointed to a full-time position with the St. Maries Police Department. He has been working as a reserve for the Department.


Traci Wallin joined the Twin Falls engineering team a an engineering technician on September 14.


Jerry Auten retired after 18 years with the City of Twin Falls.
