Roberts Market Lake Day is our community’s founders day. The event is staffed by Mayor Berlin as the chair, City Clerk Gale Scrivner and Public Works Operator Rick Lamb along with countless volunteers.

Funding is raised through donations, our City Scrap Metal Drive and vendors’ fees. Corporate donors include Rocky Mountain Power, Rhoadehouse Construction, Zions Bank, B.J.s Bayou and Lucy’s Pizza. Many individuals also donate funds.

The Event begins with a Lions Club Breakfast, followed by our Parade. Once the Parade is over, visitors head to the vendors fair for food, entertainment and merchandise. In the evening a street dance, Bon Fire and fireworks are produced in the center of town.

Cooperation between the City of Roberts, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department and the Roberts Fire District all help to make this our community’s show piece.

The whole purpose is to build pride for our community. We see all parts of our city’s demographics of all age groups participate. We advertise mainly through social media, the Jefferson Star and our City Newsletter.

There are always many posts to social media from the event declaring what a great place Roberts Idaho is!
