Check out noteworthy things done and honors received by cities around Idaho as they work to create quality cities.

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality awarded a $42,407 drinking water planning grant to the City of Ammon. The funds will be used to prepare a planning study and environmental information document. The purpose of the project is to evaluate the water system’s deficiencies and identify necessary improvements. The remaining $42,408 of the $84,815 project will be funded by the City.

The Priest River City Council approved the purchase of two Chevy Silverados as replacements for public works vehicles that are out of commission.
