AIC Highlights Noteworthy People

Ketchum Mayor Nina Jonashas joined a national coalition of more than 300 mayors committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and the climate protection goals of the Paris Climate Agreement


The City of New Meadows recently hosted Bike-A-Thon 2017 to raise funds for the Dorsey Warr Memorial Park Playground Equipment project. About a dozen or so riders raised $1,995 towards the project. Two participants, Jordyn White and Bradley Steiner, were awarded bikes for their extraordinary efforts in raising funds. The project was spearheaded by Nikki Crogh, a member of the New Meadows Parks & Recreation Commission and was supported by close to another dozen volunteers.


At a recent Pocatello City Council Meeting, Councilmember Jim Johnston read a proclamation designating June 2017 as “Adopt a Shelter Cat” month.
