AIC Highlights Noteworthy City Clips

Check out noteworthy things done and honors received by cities around Idaho as they work to create quality cities.

 

The Caldwell Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council (MYAC) put 8000 “Think Twice or Pay the Price” stickers on liquor bags to Discourage buying alcohol for minors or selling alcohol to minors.

 

The Pocatello Police Department is teaming up with Outer Limits Fun Zone to present “Parents’ Night Out” events. At “Parents’ Night Out,” caregivers are invited to listen to a presentation about issues affecting local youth. The first presentation took place on January and featured mental health awareness, with representatives of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare presenting. Officers with the Pocatello Police Department were also available to answer questions. The second session will be on February 19, and the topic will be internet and social media safety.

 

The Pocatello Fire Department held a Push-in Ceremony for its new fire engine on January 23, 2019.
