 The ICCTFOA Institute is an annual three-day institute especially for city clerks, treasurers and finance officers to provide information, technical training and to showcase the latest products and services of interest to city personnel.  The 2019 Institute is scheduled for September 18-20 at the Nampa Civic Center, Nampa, Idaho.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Payment  Information

Full payment or 50 percent of the total space rental is due with this registration. Any balance remaining is due and payable no later than September 4, 2019.

Failure to pay the balance by the deadline will subject the exhibitor to cancellation of the rental space and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Full payment is due with all registrations submitted after September 4, 2019. Applications received without payment will not be processed.

 

Cancellations 

All cancellations must be made in writing to dvonlossberg@idahocities.org

If AIC receives notification on or before September 4, 2019, 50 percent of the money paid for the rental will be refunded.

Failure to occupy booth space does not release the exhibitor from the obligation to pay for the full cost of the rental. No refunds will be made after September 4, 2019.

If booth space is not occupied by 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept 18, 2019, AIC will have the right to use such space as it sees fit to eliminate empty spaces in the Exhibit Hall.
